  1. Download the Zoom app from Zoom.com (Click the Sign up, it’s free orange button from top right)
  2. Open the Zoom app
  3. Click the profile icon (this will be your initials in the top right)
  4. Click Check for updates
  5. Follow the prompts
  6. Close your browser
  7. Using the link provided in the email, join the Zoom meeting making sure to choose Open link with application
