Alert: Online learning is under way

Per Governor DeWine’s stay-at-home order, Wayne College is closed to the public until further notice.

All summer classes will be taught online only, with no face-to-face instruction.

The Smucker Learning Center will close face-to-face tutoring appointments, but students are still able to email smuckerlearningcenter@uakron.edu to schedule a virtual appointment via video conference. Please include the course subject you wish to receive tutoring in, as well as the preferred date and range of times for the tutoring appointment. Expect to receive an email reply with in 24 hours of normal business hours.

Wayne College Advising staff will be working remotely during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. For assistance contact your academic advisor via email. Please call Student Services at 330-684-8900 if you need to talk with someone.

The Wayne College Library facilities and print collections will remain unavailable, however, the library staff is ready to help you locate electronic resources in support of your research projects.  The library staff will be available to help our faculty, staff, and students remotely during our virtual operating hours. The library staff is available via email, chat, text, and web conferencing.  Visit the library’s website for ongoing announcements and access to electronic resources.
