Steps To Register For Services

Students interested in receiving accommodations through the Accessibility Services must first obtain appropriate documentation for their specific disability and have it completed by their physician or another qualified professional.

Download the appropriate form, print it out, and submit it to your doctor to complete.  Once you receive a completed form, it will need to be scanned so that you can upload it with your application.

The Office of Accessibility utilizes a web-based Student Testing and Accommodation Request System (STARS) to better aid and support students in a more seamless and efficient manner. Students will request and coordinate all of their accommodations through STARS.

After the application is submitted and your documentation is received, you will be contacted by the Disability Specialist for an appointment. We will have a conversation as to what supports you need to be successful.
