The University of Akron Wayne College administrative team collectively manages the daily operation of UA Wayne College. Each administrative area has a strategic plan that fits within the larger strategic plan for the regional campuses.

Director of Regional Campuses – Dr. Heather A. Howley
All faculty and staff report directly or indirectly to the Director of Regional Campuses, who is responsible for how the campus fulfills its mission and vision. The Director's office is located in the E-Wing of the Main Classroom building.

The Director of Business and Finance manages the business office of the campus. Her office is located in upper A-Wing within the Business Office.

Sonya Wagner – Director, Student Services
Employees who work directly with students during the admissions, registration and advising process report to the Director of Student Services. They manage the Student Services Center, which also includes student activities, career counseling and student recruitment.
