Rewarding Missions Work in Your Own Backyard The 165-acre residential campus of Christian Children's Home of Ohio (CCHO) was established in Wooster in 1969. Since then, God has used this ministry to take broken people, broken families and broken hearts, and make them new.
Through a variety of therapeutic approaches – such as equineassisted, art, group, individual, play and certified trauma therapies – the residential treatment program at CCHO helps children who have been abused and neglected find healing and rediscover hope.
With nearly 20 regional offices, Encompass Christian Counseling helps families and individuals of all ages overcome the mental and emotional issues that leave many feeling helpless and hopeless. Our full range of therapeutic care allows clients to embrace transformational healing and growth while walking alongside counselors deeply rooted in their faith.

CCHO: Connection Specialist
Welcome to the toughest job you'll ever love! Treatment (Connection) Specialists make a difference in the lives of CCHO residents by meeting their physical and emotional needs each day. Training provided. Applicants must be 21 and have a high school diploma/GED, valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Encompass: Mental Health Therapist
Part-time and full-time counselor/therapist positions are available in Encompass locations throughout the area. Clinical licensure and Master's degree (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC) required. Special consideration given to those who are independently licensed and with supervisory designation.
