UA Wayne College Offers Administrative Professionals Day Event

The University of Akron Wayne College is pleased to host its 19th annual Administrative Professionals Day program on Wednesday, April 23 in the J.M. Smucker Company Multipurpose Room of the College’s Student Life Building.

Kirsti Manna, professional singer-songwriter, actress and speaker presents “I Need a Moment” and “Creative Courage.” Manna, whose 5 week Billboard #1 hit, "Austin" introduced Blake Shelton to country radio, is an actress with numerous credits that include creating and starring in her own national children's TV show, "Kirsti's Manor" that was viewed in 34 million homes. Known for her infectious energy and enthusiasm, Manna connects with audiences through her quick wit and spontaneity. Whether she is singing or speaking, universal emotions and realities of life depicted in Manna’s message never fail to move, inspire and create an uplifting experience.

The event fee is $89 per person and includes breakfast, the presentations, lunch, vendor giveaways and door prizes. Door prizes include centerpieces donated by the J.M. Smucker Co. Store and Café. Companies may purchase a table for eight at the reduced price of $650.
The continental breakfast includes fresh fruit, french toast casserole, coffee, tea and juice. The buffet lunch will include a salad and pasta bar as well as a dessert table featuring a cookie and brownie assortment.

Vendor booths are also available for a $75 fee, which includes a boxed lunch and table seating during the presentation portion of the event.
