The University of Akron Wayne College administrative team collectively manages the daily operation of UA's regional campuses including UA Wayne College, UA Medina and UA Lakewood. Each administrative area has a strategic plan that fits within the larger strategic plan for the regional campuses.

All faculty and staff report directly or indirectly to the Director of Regional Campuses, who is responsible for how the campus fulfills its mission and vision. The Director's office is located in the E-Wing of the Main Classroom building.

Assistant Dean of Student Success – Mr. Gordon Holly
Employees who work directly with students during the admissions, registration and advising process report to the Assistant Dean of Student Success. They manage the Student Services Center, which also includes student activities, career counseling and student recruitment.
