Food for Fines

Beginning April 1st until the end of the semester, Wayne College Library will be accepting non-perishable food items in lieu of money owed on fines!
Canned and non-perishable items will be accepted at one item for every dollar owed. Donations will also be accepted.

Wayne College Awards Posthumous Distinguished Alum Award

The University of Akron Wayne College Alumni Association has awarded a posthumous Distinguished Alumni Award for 2016 to Lt. Col. Michael Landers. The award will be accepted at the College’s annual graduate recognition ceremony on Fri., May 13 by Landers’ wife, Lisa.

Master Of Social Work Degree Now Available At UA Wayne

The University of Akron Wayne College announces a Master of Social Work degree will be available in its entirely at its Orrville campus beginning this summer. There's still time to apply! Rolling admission deadline.

Accredited by the Council on Social Work Education and administered by The University of Akron, the evening program will be offered in both a two-year, full-time and four-year, part-time format. An advanced standing option is also available for qualifying students. The majority of classes will be taught in a traditional classroom setting, with some courses available via distance learning (DL), other UA sites or online.

The entire faculty and staff at Wayne College would like to welcome you to the Wayne College community. Wayne College is situated in the midst of 160-acres of beautiful countryside in Orrville, Ohio.
