Joanne Lehman’s recent book is Driving in the Fog a poetry chapbook published by Finishing Line Press. Joanne completed the manuscript for this small book of poems while auditing an advanced poetry class taught by John Kristofco. Several of the poems are written using traditional forms such as the villanelle and sonnet.

Joanne holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Ashland University. In addition to being a poet and the author of four books, she has worked as a journalist, public relations specialist and as an educator in local institutions. Her publications include a novel and a book of creative nonfiction as well as many articles for local newspapers. Her poems, essays, and articles have appeared in Artful Dodge, Great River Review, Farming Magazine, Rejoice, Dreamseeker, and other publications.
