Free Family Movie at UA Wayne College: The Butler

The public is invited to The University of Akron Wayne College for a free showing of the PG-13 movie The Butler on Friday, Feb. 14 from 7-9 p.m. in the J.M. Smucker Company Multipurpose Room of the Student Life Building.

This film tells the story of a White House butler who served eight American presidents over three decades. The film traces the dramatic changes that swept American society during this time, from the civil rights movement to Vietnam and beyond, and how those changes affected this man's life and family. Popcorn and other refreshments will be on sale with proceeds benefitting student groups on campus.
