I am a registered & licensed dietitian in the state of Ohio. In addition to teaching Nutrition Fundamentals at Wayne College, I am a clinical instructor for the School of Nutrition & Dietetics in The College of Health Professions at The University of Akron and also work as a clinical dietitian at Wooster Community Hospital. In my free time, I enjoy gourmet cooking, biking & watching my kids play soccer.
