The Bachelor of Organizational Supervision (BOS) is a degree-completion program for individuals who hold an associate’s degree in a technical field from a regionally accredited institution of higher education. The program provides graduates with advanced supervisory and leadership competencies necessary for professional and career advancement.

The program is designed around a set of core competencies applicable to supervisory positions in a wide variety of technical fields. These competencies include effective oral and written communication, application of ethical principles to workplace situations, application of quantitative skills, problem-solving, project management, and development of specific leadership and supervisory skills. The program focuses on building experience and competencies in working in teams. Students also complete a capstone experience in the field. Elective credits can focus on areas that support the student’s specific employment and career interests. The total program of study requires 128 credit hours, including credits transferred from the technical associate degree and 30 core course credits of required upper-division courses.

Complete your bachelor’s degree from Walsh University at Wayne College. Step up any two-year accredited associate dgree or have 60 (or more) transferable credits. Classes are held in the evening from 6-10 p.m. and follow an accelerated 8 week format.
