The Wayne College Administrative Team consists of the Dean, the Associate Dean of Instruction, the Senior Director of Business Operations and the Senior Director of Student Life and Enrollment Management.
The team collectively manages the daily operation of Wayne College. Each administrative area has a strategic plan that fits within the larger strategic plan for the entire college.
Wayne College Interim Dean - Dr. Daniel Deckler
All faculty and staff report directly or indirectly to the Dean of Wayne College. He is responsible ultimately for how the College fulfills its mission and vision. The Dean's office is located in the E-Wing.
Associate Dean of Instruction - TBA
The Associate Dean is responsible for the curriculum offered at Wayne College. He/She proposes new degree programs and manages the College's current courses. Full-time faculty report directly to the Associate Dean as does the Library and the Smucker Learning Center. His/Her office is located in E-Wing within the Office of Academic Affairs.
Senior Director of Business Operations - Mrs. Tami Lowe
The Senior Director of Business Operations manages the business office of the College. She is responsible for the building and grounds, the bookstore, the campus police and budgeting. Her office is located in upper A-Wing within the Business Office.
Senior Director of Student Life and Enrollment Management - Mr. Gordon Holly
Employees who work directly with students during the admissions, registration and advising process report to the Senior Director of Student Life and Enrollment Management. He manages the Student Services Center, which also includes student activities, career counseling and student recruitment.
